These terms and policies contained on this website explain the use of Esperance Shoes Online Service. You agree that your use of this website indicates acceptance of these terms and policies.

Delivery

We dispatch all orders placed before 1pm NZ time Monday to Friday the same day, with the exception of Pre-orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is dispatched. Orders placed after 1pm NZ time will be dispatched the following working day. We don’t ship during the weekend and public holidays. We use New Zealand Post for all orders and for the purpose of delivery targets, the day in which an item is dispatched is day zero.

New Zealand

Orders over $200 delivery is free. Free delivery cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless indicated. For orders under $200 we charge $8 per order, allow up to 5 working days for delivery after dispatch email.

International

• Australia - we charge $17.50 per order allow 10 working days for delivery. 

• South Pacific, Asia, Europe, North America and rest of the World, we charge $27 per order, please allow 15 working days for delivery.

Ownership of the products will pass to you when full payment including delivery charges is received.

Your purchase maybe subject to customs duties and/or import taxes, any such charges are payable by you. Refer to your local customs office for charges that could arise as these vary from country to country. Please note: any customs clearance process that arise may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates this is beyond our control.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of sale and/or marked down items. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn and with the original packaging. When trying on footwear we advise using a clean surface as shoes with marked or dirty soles may not be accepted for return.

Please ensure all returned items are free from marks, stains and rips as they will not be accepted for return if received damaged.

We don't offer a free returns service, all return shipping cost are to be paid by you, note shipping costs are non-refundable.  For all change of mind returns we strongly recommend you use registered post as we are not liable for lost return packages.

If a refund is required on products that had free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs from refund.

Returns and exchanges are not available on sale and/or marked down items.

Use of this site 

We will collect personal details from you such as name, address, email address and contact number when you place an order. Payments made by credit or debit card will be processed by the industry Standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) payment merchant and are not stored or processed on our server.

Privacy 

Esperance Shoes Limited is the sole owner of the personal information collected on this website, we will not sell or trade your personal information.

We will not disclose this information to other parties unless upon lawful request. Under the Privacy Act 1993 you have the right to access, amend or remove your details at any time. You may do this by emailing us at and we can do it for you.

Price and Payment

We are a New Zealand owned and operated business, all transactions including delivery charges on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand GST (If Applicable). We reserve the right to alter prices and delivery charges for any reason at any time, changes will not affect orders that we have already sent a dispatch confirmation.

We use google analytics on our website to get a better understanding of you, our customers and how you interact with our website. This involves collection of non-personally-identifiable information, such as patterns, your mouse click activity and other meaningful information including but not limited to search criteria you enter into your search engine.
